We have plenty of new features we just added to our platform. We are excited to bring these features to Resilient Pro. These features will be available on October 1, 2018. The features will be available for all industries.
NEW Features:
1. Estimates – You can now convert opportunities to estimates and email the estimate directly to your prospect. Add multiple estimates for the same opportunity.
2. Project Pictures – You can now upload pictures for your projects. This is useful for the construction, restoration and roofing industry where you can upload your before, during, and after pictures for every project.
3. Add Location – We made it easier to add a new location for customers. We added a pop-up window which allows for quick entry without leaving the page and losing the previously entered information.
4. Claims Information – You can now enter and track all your claims information such as claim number, adjuster name, type of claim, deductible, etc. for all your projects. This is very useful for the industries that deal with insurance claims.
5.) Industry Features- We made it very simple to register your business on Resilient Pro CRM. We created preset features based on market research and feedback from our clients on the required features for each industry. This allows you to select your industry during registration and it will have all the required features installed when the account is created. It will make the registration process faster and easier. No more spending time trying to figure out which features are needed for your industry. We took care of it for our clients.
