Time Management

◦ Each task has time entries: The time is defined in hours and minutes. There will be multiple time entries associated with a task. The time will by default be added to the employee/user to whom task is associated but system has flexibility to add time entries for other employee also.
◦ Easy-to-use timers : Task shows a timer with option to start and stop. As soon as user starts working on the task the timer is started and when work is done the time is stopped. This will automatically add time entry to the task for the user.
◦ Manual time entry : You have the possibility to add hours and minutes yourself manually.
◦ Timesheet : Based on the time spent on various task a timesheet is created automatically. No hassle of creating the timesheet manually.
◦ Daily/Weekly/Bi-Weekly/Monthly timesheet : The system provides a configuration where you can actually configure how the timesheet is calculated. The number of days/week/month option can be used to make it easy.
◦ Submissions : Timesheet is configured to be sent as mail/fax automatically to manager/leader/payroll specialist. This can be configured very easily. Customizable so that submission is done at multiple levels.
◦ Approvals : The approval process approves the timesheet. This timesheet after approval can be used to create invoice.◦ Keep a historical record of every hour your employees spent working!

Task Management

◦ Time tracking integrated into tasks (it makes all the difference in reporting)

Project Board

◦ A project can be created with a click of a button or it can be created from a lead that turns into a project.
◦ Create project templates : Configure the template and add different items with default settings. While creating a project template can be used for setting up the default setup of the project. The template can be extracted from an existing project or it can be set up using the configuration.
◦ Project is tracked in all phases from start to finish. Projects can be completed/closed as well as cancelled or put on hold.
◦ Project Collaboration to communicate effectively on project documents, and uploads.
◦ Set due dates on project deliverables and milestones. Notify project contacts of due dates and turn overdue milestones/tasks red after due date if not completed.
◦ Track project expenses : Track project expenses

Accounting Board

◦ See the status of all invoices / projects whether billed or not, if so, how much and the status.
◦ Set follow up dates, add notes. User can see billed invoices, unbilled invoices. Current actions/stage of collection effort on this board.
